I'm Aidan, and I run murphmaxxing.com. This page says what the site collects, where it goes, and what you can ask me to do with it. Any question about it goes to murph@murphmaxxing.com.

The short version

There are no accounts, cookies, analytics or ad pixels on this site. I only get personal information when you fill in one of the two forms, and then it lands in my email inbox. I don't sell it, and I don't share it with anyone for advertising.

The Work with me form

The form on /consult asks for your name, your email, a company or project name if you have one, and your answers about the project, the timeline and the budget. I use it to read about what you want built and to reply. If we end up working together, it becomes part of that work.

The Solaris email box

On /solaris you can have your blueprint list emailed to you. That sends me your email address and the list itself, which names the builds you picked and the US state worked out from your zip code. The zip code itself isn't sent.

There's a separate box for getting the occasional email about things I build. It starts unticked. Leave it that way and you get the list once and nothing else. If you tick it, I keep a record that you did and when.

What stays on your device

The Solaris quiz saves your answers, including your zip code, and your progress in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. It never leaves your device and I never see it. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.

Server logs

Like every website, the host records basic details of each visit: your IP address, your browser, the page you asked for and the time. I don't use these to work out who you are. The host keeps them under its own policy.

Who else handles your information

  • FormSubmit delivers both forms to my inbox, so your submission passes through their service on the way.
  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
  • My email provider stores the messages once they arrive.

These services may process your information in the United States. If a form fails to send, the site opens your own email app with the message filled in, and it reaches me through your email provider instead.

Nothing on this site sends what you type to an AI model. Solaris writes a prompt that you copy into your own AI tool, and that tool's privacy policy covers what happens there.

The fonts are served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact Google to load them. The Instagram and TikTok links take you to those apps, which have their own policies. Nothing from them loads on this site.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels or cross-site tracking, which is why there's no cookie banner. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don't change anything here because there's no tracking for them to switch off.

The legal basis, for visitors in the EU and UK

  • The Work with me form: you asked me to look at your project, so I use your details to reply and to set up any work that follows. Answering people who write to me is also a legitimate interest.
  • The blueprint list: you asked for it, so I send it.
  • The occasional emails: your consent, given by ticking the box. You can take it back whenever you like.

How long I keep it

Messages from the Work with me form stay in my inbox while we're talking. If we work together, I keep them as long as the work and my tax records need them. If you ticked the email box, your address stays on my list until you unsubscribe. Anything else, ask and I'll delete it.

What you can ask me to do

Email murph@murphmaxxing.com and ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. I'll answer within 30 days. To stop the occasional emails you can also reply "unsubscribe" to any of them.

If you're in the EU or UK and think I've mishandled your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

If you're in California: I don't sell or share personal information, as California law defines those words.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information. If a child under 13 has sent me something, email me and I'll delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and has no database. Nothing you send is stored on the site itself. It goes to my inbox and stays there.

Changes

If the site starts collecting something new, I'll update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
